At Yab, we fell in love with technology because of its promise: handling routine tasks so we can focus on big ideas. We have seen tech fall short when people spend too much time managing data instead of solving problems creatively. That is why, since 2016, we have dedicated ourselves to building simple products that solve complex problems. Hello World 👋 I'm Chris Blackwell and I have been developing apps since my high school days. I fell in love with the web in the late 90s, and have been building on it ever since. I am passionate about the Laravel community and building easy to use apps. I founded Yab to create amazing products that people enjoy using. This was my mission 10 years ago, and remains as true today.
I'm Deb and I lead product design at Yab 🎨. I believe great design is about stripping away the unnecessary while keeping a touch of personality. I've worked with brands like FIFA, SickKids, Loblaws, and Rogers, and bring that accessible, scalable approach to every Yab product.
